What We Believe

 

We Believe there is one Sovereign God, eternally existing in three persons; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

(1 Tim. 1:17)

 

 

We Believe in the present indwelling ministry of the Holy Spirit, whose intercessory and sanctifying work continually renews the Christian and enables him to live a godly life in conformity with the Scripture. (John 14:15-17) 

 

 

We Believe that the Bible is the written word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit and without error in the original manuscripts. The Bible is the revelation of God’s truth and is infallible and authoritative in all matters of faith and practice.

(2 Tim. 3:16)

 

 

We Believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: the saved unto the resurrection of life and the lost unto the resurrection of damnation.

(1Cor. 15)

We Believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in HIs Miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. (Heb. 1:1-3) 

 

 

We believe that all people are sinners by nature, are guilty in God’s sight, and are totally unable to save themselves from God’s displeasure. His free grace alone provides a way of salvation.
